silk blossom cape

Capes are a staple of dress-up and dramatic play.  These capes from sarah's Silks are silky soft yet fairly durably made.

The new design includes a shell button closure at the neck.  The button fits inside a cloth loop buttonhole.  The idea is that the cape may be kept done up, and the cape may be put on and taken off by the child themselves by pulling it over their head.  In case of strangulation hazard, the button would pop off.
