Water runs into the small trough until it is so heavy that it gets overweight and tilts.  In this case, with the tray emptied, the bell rings and the rocker teeters back.  It bobs and bobs and sways, and it may even work with sand, gravel, or balls, as well as water.

Recommended for 3 yrs and up for play; 9 yrs and up for assembly.

Overall length is ~52 cm (13.5 inches).  Base is ~19 cm (7.5 inches) wide.
