In our home, we use the mini platter as our special board just for preparing garlic and onions. Some people like to use them for a small toast or snack serving board for children.

Wood Care: To maintain the life of the wood, please wash by hand with warm water and a small amount of mild soap, and hand dry. Do not wash in dishwasher. To preserve the wood for generations, occasionally add a beeswax protectant.
